I have a new painting, new work online you can vote for and an exhibition scheduled for May/June 2011.
The new painting, Reflection, is above.
I nominated myself for the Baker Awards, which is a competition for Maryland artist. If you’re not a Maryland artist voting for his or herself, please do me the favor of voting for me here.
The exhibition will be at GRACE or Greater Reston Arts Center in Reston, Virginia. I was in a juried show there before and am really looking forward to working with the great people who work there. I’m also excited that I have so long to work on the show, and also excited that they want me to do something specifically responding to the space, after seeing images of Something is Missing at Goucher College.
